At shoplornz, all items are sold on a made to order basis. This ensures zero waste!

There is only me behind the business. I design, make and send all of my items by myself in-house. Therefore, during any exceptionally busy periods, there may be dispatch delays. I will of course keep you in the loop and communicate all of this via email.

Further, due to the handmade nature of the items, there may be slight quirks or variations between products. This is all part of the charm! However, I ensure that any minor errors will not affect the functionality or wear of the item.

On rare occasions, there may be a more significant fault in an item that I could have missed during my quality checks. This may include a missed stitch that leads to laddering in the fabric or a hole in the garment. If this occurs, I request that you send me an email. I will then be able to offer you a solution by repairing the item or processing a refund.

All items are knitted, making them very stretchy and able to fit a range of sizes.

Tops and Jumpers

These items are available in two sizes:
XS- S: Fits UK sizes 4–10

M-L: Fits UK sizes 10–14

If you have a larger chest (DD+), I recommend sizing up to the M–L for a more comfortable fit.

Skirts

These items are available in multiple sizes based on your waist measurement. Please measure your waist according to where you'd like the skirt to sit. For example, if you prefer a low-rise fit, measure around your hips.

There are also two length options available: Short and Long. Both are on the shorter side, but I recommend choosing the Long length if you're taller or have a bigger bum for more coverage.

Items are handmade to order, so please be aware that there will be a short wait before you receive your order. All items are typically dispatched within 7–42 days. However, please check the homepage for any announcements and up-to-date timeframes.

I am based in the UK and also offer some international shipping, however this is limited due to duties and taxes.

Shipping times do vary with where you are. UK is estimated 3-5 business days whilst overseas is 3-10.

All items are made from 100% premium acrylic yarn. After testing, I have found that this is the best for both durability and comfort.

Due to the handmade nature, the fabric is delicate, so treat it with care. Hand washing is strongly recommended.
If machine washing, use a low temperature wool wash. Please do not tumble dry your items as this may ruin them. Air dry them on a flat surface to preserve the shape of the garment.

As all items are handmade to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges! Please be aware of this before you place your order.
